Course descriptions
Morning courses:

Vocabulary Building: students practice vocabulary that they are interested in mastering
Skills Acquisition: teacher presents or reviews communication skills students lack
Skills Practice: students refine their skills and put into practice what they have learned

Afternoon weekly course rotation:

Week 1 – Pronunciation: fine-tune the way you speak, from individual sounds to intonation and delivery
Week 2 – Mixed-media: practice listening to language spoken at native speed and learn strategies to assist in comprehension
Week 3 – Seminar: content-based learning that combines reading, research, writing, and presentation
Week 4 – Hands On: apply your language skills outside of the classroom in real life situations

Afternoon courses available on a monthly commitment:

Test Preparation: build your confidence by adequately preparing for the iBT (TOEFL), TOEIC, or IELTS and get the score you need
Academic Writing: sharpen your writing skills from grammar to structure by balancing cohesion and coherence
Business English: make the right impression and aim for success by learning to communicate accurately and effectively in a business context

Extracurricular activities:

Head Teacher Tutorial (optional):

Weekly one-on-one time with the head teacher gives intensive students a chance to receive expert guidance. Valuable study tips, strategies and coaching are provided – highly recommended for lower level students.


Intensive students get personalized tours showing them the city from the insider’s point of view. Students get a chance to build the fluency required for today’s world traveller.

Volunteer Activityexercise your language skills and contribute to the well-being of the community
Tea Timefriendly volunteers provide a safe environment to practice real conversation with local people
Cultural Activitypractice the language and discover Montreal through food, festivals, and fun!

This program is open to ALL levels.

Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate or Advanced level students may start any time.
